‘Leshitatei’: Talmudic Methodology
This three-part series will explore the Talmudic methodology of ‘Leshitatei’ â€" a unique method of study, commonly found in the Talmud and its commentaries. Building on last year’s course on this topic, this follow-up course will focus specifically on the underlying mindsets of several Talmudic sages, as introduced in the teachings of the Lubavitcher Rebbe.
Developed and made accessible for the first time to an English speaking audience, this course will be presented in connection with the 11th of Nissan, marking and celebrating the 120th birthday of the Lubavitcher Rebbe this year.
