Dressed in bakers’ hats and aprons, you will bake your own Matzah from start to finish. Beginning with separating the kernels of wheat from the stalks, grinding wheat into flour, making your own dough and ending with freshly baked Matzah.
The Model Matzah Bakery is an interactive and hand-on experience with fun for the entire family.
So, bring along your family and friends and you’ll all be rolling in dough!
